Mamut Software

BlueStone can supply the products from Mamut Software including the flagship Enterprise E5. Consultancy and Training can be provided either as individual company courses or through the Mamut Academy, where training takes place on a regular cycle at various locations throughout the UK.

With over 350,000 installations across Europe in 16 countries, including in excess of 10,000 in the UK, Mamut is the Accounting and Distribution software of choice for SME businesses. The entry cost and the annual licence/support costs are competitive, with the ability to mix licences from the E3 to E5 product ranges to further reduce cost.

BlueStone are able to supply the award winning range of products from Draycir, including:-

Spindle Professional – the document management system for Sage & Sapphire. Using Spindle Professional can result in significant cost savings on stationery, postage and staff administration. Spindle Professional can easily merge the data from the above business applications to produce documents that can be emailed, faxed, printed and archived automatically. Professional looking documents can be produced including logos and branding to Statements, Invoices, Delivery Notes, Purchase Orders and other documents and forms used within the business. By using plain paper the cost of expensive pre-printed or multi-part forms can be avoided. It is also flexible allowing users to create and mail customers with promotional offers and seasonal messages.

Credit Hound – this application automates and streamlines the processes involved in good credit management, enabling outstanding amounts to be collected quickly and easily. The built in automated features and pro-active collection improves cash flow, reduces bad debt, and provides key business information.

Credit Guardian – a solution offering a new approach to managing credit risk and customer debt, and ideally suited to SME businesses. This innovative software provides information ‘at a glance’ using straightforward, colour coded, on-screen views.


BlueStone is the sole distributor of the Sapphire V10 and V12 ERP products from Sapphire Manufacturing Systems.

SMS was established to provide business software solutions to assist users to achieve and maintain world-class productivity, profitability and competitiveness. The highly skilled team at SMS in Dundee has enormous experience in producing effective and efficient software solutions, initially integrated with Sage financials. The current versions of Sapphire can be linked to Sage 50, Sage 100 or Sage 200 accounts.

The latest V12 SQL version Manufacturing suite can also be linked to other applications, and we would be interested to hear from users who would like to work with us in developing the link with Mamut Enterprise software.

Preactor International

BlueStone have recently signed a new Business Associate agreement with Preactor International Ltd and now offer their range of Finite Capacity Scheduling, Capacity Planning and Advanced Planning and Scheduling Tools linked to Sapphire ERP in either V10 or V12 releases. Preactor has become the ‘de facto’ standard in scheduling for manufacturing systems, and variants of the product have been incorporated in several systems as ‘own brand’ products. The full range of products with all the available features is now available with Sapphire, through a standard ‘link’ module that can be customised to suit individual customer requirements.

We work closely with Preactor, and can book interested users on one of the free Scheduling Seminars, which are held regularly at various locations throughout the UK.

Orchard Computers

We work closely on projects with Orchard Computers, who are a specialist and independent supplier of ICT equipment including Servers, PC’s, Operating Systems, Network cabling and Maintenance. Based in Bristol they cover the whole of the UK supporting businesses from small partnerships to national companies with multiple sites. Jointly we are able to provide and support the total business ICT requirement including hardware, software and infrastructure

SB Electronics

TELEPEN is the trademark of SB Electronic Systems Ltd., one of the UK's leading suppliers of data capture terminals. The British designed, manufactured and supported Telescan 2 hand held data capture devices are well suited to the Bar Coded Shop Floor Data Capture system available within SMS Sapphire. A scanning interface ‘polls’ for data, which is then updated at a regular, user selected, time period.
